Nomadique Glow (UEN [YOUR-UEN]) is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, delivery address, email address and phone number, and a record of what you ordered. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment processor (Stripe) — we never see or store your full card number.
How we use it
- To process, pack and deliver your order;
- To contact you about your order or a delivery issue;
- Where you have given consent, to send you occasional news and promotions (you can opt out at any time).
Who we share it with
Only with the parties needed to fulfil your order: our payment processor (Stripe) and our delivery provider (e.g. SingPost). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention
We keep order records for as long as needed for the transaction and to meet legal, tax and accounting obligations, then securely dispose of them.
Your rights
You may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw consent to marketing, by contacting our Data Protection Officer below.
